Order Processing Time

  • In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times (United States)

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

International Shipping

  • We currently offer limited international shipping

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • International delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

  • DirectBlanks is not responsible for delays or loss caused by carriers, weather, or customs


Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 5 days


Processing & Fulfillment

For customer protection and quality assurance, every order is documented prior to shipment, including:

  • Photo and video verification during packing

  • Recorded package weight captured on a calibrated shipping scale

  • Shipment records logged before carrier handoff
