Thank you for supporting O’kra. Because our products are perishable and crafted in small batches, we maintain the following policies to ensure product quality and safety for all customers.
No REFUNDS OR RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstance.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses can be updated within 3 days of placing an order.
After 3 days, we cannot modify your delivery address.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly send a replacement for damaged or defective items.
No refunds will be issued for damages.
Shelf Life & Storage
O’kra products have a 290-day shelf life.
Our beverages are stable outside of refrigeration; however, we highly recommend refrigerating them for the best taste and quality.
